Everyone is seeking something in their life. An elixir some might say, a panacea some might say, a golden key some might say to unlock the door to happiness. I am one such seeker, but I am not looking for instant gratification, I am looking for a more fundamental understanding of what ticks and what doesn't through reading, filtering through the stuff and arriving at the essential ideas. These essential ideas also need to be tested out in real life and their efficacy established or dis-proved..
